Delete your Deepsworn: Arena Survivors account

In the game (straight away)

1. Open the game and tap OPTIONS on the main menu.
2. Under YOUR ACCOUNT, tap DELETE and confirm.

Without the game

Email support@deepsworn.com with the subject "Delete my Deepsworn account" and your player name, or your 16-letter account code if you have it (it is shown in OPTIONS). We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your game save: progress, heroes, gear, gold, gems, records and settings.
• Your player name, your leaderboard scores and duel ratings.
• Your weekend cup entries and your clan membership.

What is kept

Duels you played stay for the other player, with your name replaced by "Deleted player" and nothing linking them back to you. Server backups that still contain your data are deleted within 60 days. See the privacy policy for everything the game keeps.
